Wai-iti is a very popular aroma hop with unusually low levels of alpha acids. It has a very fresh and fruity character of lime and stone fruits. It's been praised as one of the most interesting strains for single hopped beers.

Common beer styles are pale ale, hoppy wheat and lagers.

Released in 2011, it quickly caught interest for its low levels of alpha acids but high content of aromatic oils.

Cohumulone: 22 - 28 %
Total oils: 1,6 ml / 100 g
Storage stability (alpha acids): Good, 55-65% alpha acids remaining after 6 months at 20 °C
