Fermenting kit for making home wine. Especially developed for rhubarb. Add the included wine chalk right at the beginning to neutralize naturally occuring oxalic acid in the rhubarb.

You'll need about 4-5 kg of rhubarb stems for 25 litres of wine. Preferably add 750 grams of raisins as well. There are many recipes available online.
Cut the rhubarb stems into 1-2 cm pieces. If you wish to make light coloured wine, peel them beforehand. Otherwise, leave the peels on. Do NOT use the green leaves.
