A German high alpha aroma variety described as a mix of noble and new world hops. Has an especially sweet and fruity citrus flavor that really comes forward with dry hopping.

More balanced hoppy beers such as APA, Bitter, Hopfenweizen and Mordern Lager.

Mandarina Bavaria was developed by Hüll Hop Research Cente in Germany in 2012 in an attempt to breed an European allround hop. Is a daughter to Cascade, Hallertauer Blanc and Hüll Melon.

Character: Grassy and herbal with fruity citrus flavors. Hints of strawberries, gooseberries and cassis.
