The Speidel Kellermeister is made of food safe polyethylene. Due to its special design, the yeast collects in the cone and can be harvested and used again. 
Built-in thermometer. 
The special lid acts as a fermentation lock, a separate airlock is not necessary. 
Due to its smooth inner surface, the fermenter is easy to clean.
Includes two (2) outlet taps. One for clear beer and one for harvesting yeast.
