SafLager™ SH-45 is a carefully selected lager yeast that is ideal for expressing aromatic compounds from beer raw materials, especially hops. This strain has the ability to release and esterify thiols. As a result, beers brewed with SafLager™ SH-45 can have a stronger fruitiness and a stronger citrus and tropical note.
