For sparkling wines and ciders. Good alcohol tolerance.

Instructions:
Check that the temperature of the wine must does not exceed 25°C.
Take one half glass of wine must and stir down the yeast into it. Let swell for 10 minutes.
Pour the mix into the wine must.
Fermentation should start within 24 hours.

For 25 litres. Do not make yeast starter.
